Fragmented Hawaii kitchen notes on smoking meat and pickling

The text outlines methods for preparing stored foods with salt and sugar, including smoking meat and drying with corn cobs and bay. It mentions equipment like a boat’s mouth and set-pieces, plus mixing ingredients such as molasses and milk with pepper, all in a fragmented, archaic sounding recipe context.
