Grand Mass Meeting Vice Presidents Named Countywide
A list of thirty or forty gentlemen from all parts of the County is published as Vice Presidents of the Grand Mass Meeting to be held at Navy on the first. They are invited by the County Central Committee to occupy seats on the stand, with spaces provided for wounded or sick and disabled soldiers who may attend. The latter are accorded the place of honor.
