A compact overview of plant structure, detailing stems roots and branches, and classifying stems as endogenous and exogenous with bark, pith and medullary rays. It describes root types, root growth toward the earth, and functions such as absorption, gas exchange, selection of nutrients, excretion, and sap movement in xylem and phloem.
