Shilor's Consumption Cure is hailed as the most successful cough remedy, claiming cures for Croup Bronchitis and Consumption. It has sold since its discovery on a guarantee and is offered at 10c 50c and 1 with Emmert and Burrell as local sellers. A Shilohs Porous Plaster is also advertised at 25c.
An advertisement claims many sufferings from indigestion constipation dizziness and loss of appetite can be cured. It promises Shiloh's Vitalizer for 75 cents with a guarantee and notes Emmert & Burrell as the sellers.
An advertisement touts Shiloiw's Catarrit Remedy as a cure for catarrh diphtheria canker mouth and headache. Each bottle includes a nasal injector at no extra charge. Price fifty cents. Sold by Emert & Burrell, 30 York.
Cases of female weakness and stomach liver and kidney complaints will find Electric Bitters a speedy cure. The sick and prostrated should rejoice that such a reliable remedy is placed within reach. Health and happiness will follow where Electric Bitters are used. For sale by Emmert and Burrell, price fifty cents.
M. W. Brown of lower Stephenson Street has taken the Ash ton Dairy Salt agency. It is on sale and available to all who desire it with a claim that the Ashton salt is the best in the market for dairy usage.
At Novelty Iron Works on Spring street between Walnut and Galena Avenue Morgan Bros Proprietors invite cash offers for fifty tons of old iron, paying the highest market price in cash.
The notice proclaims Extra Corn Syrup at 43¢ a gallon with C. O. D. sales, claiming unmatched value and goods. It highlights a store promotion aimed at attracting customers with low prices and convenient payment terms.

A letter from A L Patton of Des Moines Iowa endorses Dr Fenner Blood and Liver Remedy and Nerve Tonic after relief from biliousness rheumatism and heart disease. The notice lists multiple Dr Fenner products including cough honey golden relief and St Vitus Dance specific with claimed fast cures and urges purchases from Emmert and Burrell 45-2 Burrell Brus.
In a disputed will case the executors Mignet Bar Thulemy Saint-Hilaire Calmen and Remusat face uncertainty as Mile. Felicie Dosne claims sole heirship if she transfers Thiers collections to the Louvre. She adds Mme Thiers’s necklace valued at 300,000 francs and the Dosne join gifts of 25,000 francs to Paris with an impromptu Bois de Boulogne institution. Relatives receive nothing, not even Gen Charlemagne.
