Store Arrest: James Rogers Charged With Theft at Galena Street

John Vaupel reports James Rogers arrested by Officer Frank Rummelhagen for attempting to steal four pairs of trousers from Vaupel’s Galena Street store. Rogers, seen by clerks, was bound over to the grand jury after a 10 AM hearing before Magistrate Bentley and committed to the county jail on $400 bond pending trial.
