Crusader of Freedom illustrated weekly planned for Kansas

A prospective Kansas weekly titled the Crusader of Freedom is to be published at Doniphan. James Redpath will own and edit with contributors including Kien Lane Adams Conway Hunt and Wm Jr Phillips. It aims to be the Free-State party organ with portraits of Kansas figures and a history of Lane’s Kansas career. Term $29 yearly.
