Trust and Traveler Fight Drummer System in Trade

New York dispatch reports P E Dowe, head of the Commercial Travelers National League, receiving a letter from Senator Chandler of New Hampshire arguing the cost of commercial travelers is essential to maintain competition and prevent trusts from raising retail prices.
