The Boehner Binder company is incorporated with 5000 capital at 219 North Galena avenue to manufacture loose leaf devices based on Jacob Boehner patent. Stockholders include Mr. Boehner Charles H Green and Oliver Furst. Boehner brings extensive bindery experience and will travel to Chicago to buy machinery once papers return from Springfield. Officers to be elected after incorporation papers arrive.
Mayor Dittmar schedules a city council special session for Saturday night to discuss granting a franchise to Charles E. Gregory. Douglas Pattison and Gregory arrived in the city for the meeting. Gregory says conditions look favorable though the final franchise may differ from his original submission.
Managua says it recognizes the Honduran provisional government and calls its members allies. The recent battle favored Nicaragua with General Merino and other Honduran officers killed, and observers believe the conflict may end.
Federal Judge Anderson sustains Walsh demurrer to twenty two counts charging misuses of Chicago National Bank funds and overrules demurrer to the remaining 160 counts in the indictments.
The funeral of the late Mrs Fred ricka Gipse will be held Saturday at 2 30 PM from the home of her niece Mrs Molter 16 Delaware street. Reverend W E Bergman will officiate with pallbearers from the German M E church and Mystic Workers including H W Meiers Jacob Kehler E W Paight William Tobolt Max Buegel and Charles Winters.

Hilton was daughter of the late Judge Hilton of Cincinnati. sister-in-law of Judge Thomas of Chicago. In German Valley, Rev G L Hoefker will conduct funeral for L De Vries on Saturday at 1 pm. Hoefker previously resided in the city.
