Louisville Kentucky March 11 special The Louisville Railway company started a run by non union men today after yesterday’s strike demonstrations spread through the city. The police are on duty and one motorman was seriously injured by a stone strike action shadows the tense day.
Steubenville Ohio March 11 Special The indictment for subornation and perjury against Frederick C Fairbanks son of the vice president in connection with his marriage to Helen Scott of Pittsburg was quashed today by Judge Richards who holds no facts were set forth to show a crime.

The funeral of the late John Nehus was held this morning from his sister Mrs William Secker home on Adams Street at 9 30 o clock and at St Josephs church. Interment was at the German Catholic cemetery. Peter Metzgar directed the arrangements and pallbearers included Robert Luecke Fred Odemeyer Edward Blust M Scheidt Louis Balles and John Miller.
Captain Jarvis of the Fourth United States Infantry stationed at Fort Thomas Kentucky visited the city Saturday evening to conduct the regular yearly militia inspection. Captain Yount received many congratulations for the splendid condition of the local company and can feel proud.
Tax records show Albert Snapp reporting totals of 5094.04 with 4364 delinquent and 5050.40 collected. Commission amounts to 101.01 leaving a balance of 43.64. Snapp notes Jefferson township as the reporting locality and lists the figures for the tax period.

Bulgarian Premier M Petkoff and Minister of Commerce and Agriculture M Geumacieff were shot in Boris Garden Sofia as they walked with other ministers. Petkoff died from wounds while Geumacieff was wounded in the arm. An unknown assailant fired a revolver during the attack.
The funeral for Ralph Leslie took place this afternoon at 1:30 from his 186 Galena Street residence and at 2 from Embury church with Rev. E. E. Mc Kay officiating. Pallbearers were Joseph Allen, Chester Blanchard, A. G. Stearns, Fred Weaver, and Wilber Vipond. Interment followed at City cemetery. HH. F. Aspinwall, an uncle from New York, attended.
The funeral of the late Mrs Katharine Korn was held this morning from her residence on lower Iroquois street. The cortege left at 9 o clock and reached St Marys church by half past. Rev Fr Croke officiated. Interment followed at the German Catholic cemetery. The pallbearers were Michael Baldwin John Griffin William Barron John Secker Pat Reedy and Tim O Connell.
Republican voters of Freeport urged to participate in a town primary on Thursday March 14 1907 for town offices. Polls open until 7 p m. Nominating candidates must submit names to T M Rauffman secretary of the County club by noon March 14.
