The 147000 coal workers, 652 delegates gathered in Nesbitt theatre, voted to end the 162 day strike and accept arbitration devised by the president’s commission. Samuel G. Eight companies of the Third regiment's second and third battalions were sent from the Schuylkill region to the South Side yesterday. The regimental headquarters are at Audenried.
