Light Rates Not Favored by Borough Council

Mrs Nellie Sharpa, about 80, died Monday evening at her Plains home where she had lived for years. She is survived by three sons James Daniel and Patrick. Funeral held this afternoon. The family had earlier lived in Freeland and Jeddo after moving from Lansford, with many relatives in the county.
