State Normal School Offers Free Tuition At Delaware Water Gap
State Normal School at Mt Pocono announces free tuition under new state law. The campus in the Delaware Water Gap region offers normal courses and specialties in music elocution art drawing watercolor and college preparatory studies. Boarding is 3 50 weekly with dormitory renovations underway and a new gymnasium and recitation hall planned. Open September 8 1902.
