Mrs Hetrick attends 94th State WCTU Convention
Mrs Iva Hetrick Seneca County WCTU treasurer and South Seneca Union president attended the 94th Annual State Convention of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union September 13 16 in Syracuse at United First Methodist Church. The event featured remembered speakers including Virginia Crawford of Buffalo and a silent slate of state officers. Local delegates heard reports on narcotics and crime and heard World WCTU highlights from Toyo Japan. The Interlaken Day of Commitment October 3 invites attendance at the Reform Church renewal program preceding the Women’s Guild meeting.

Youth Fellowship begins new year at RCYF meeting
Interlaken RCYF starts its new year on Sunday September 22 meeting each Sunday at 6 pm at the church high school students are invited. Also notes First Baptist Interlaken schedules Sunday 11 am service 10 am Sunday School two buses transportation 6 30 pm evening services 7 30 pm sermon and music with various weekly activities and a Sunday school contest from October 6 to November 10.
