Willard Hosts Central New York Role-playing Workshop
A two day workshop at Willard State Hospital gathered 40 therapists from state hospitals and community clinics for role playing training. The Education Unit showcased tapes led by Andrew Fegley and Hugh McDonald with lectures on group work in psychiatric settings and staff training. Robert Cohen of the Institute for Community Development discussed the shift from custodial care to community reintegration and increased staff responsibility.
