The Seneca County Children’s Committee of the State Charities Aid Association launches its annual fundraiser on November 1 led by Chairwoman Mrs. Hubert Wood of Waterloo. Volunteers urge county residents to donate to support needy children through meals, clothing, camp experiences, scholarships, and other welfare needs, including the new Family Counseling Service in Geneva. In addition, a Halloween party in Lodi and Grange activities are noted, with plans for future meetings and community involvement. United Appeal Drive participation from Interlaken supports the committee.
