The town of Lodi in Seneca County will hold a special election at the Village Hall on June 17 1971 from 2 PM to 8 PM DST to decide whether the assessor’s office shall remain elective under Chapter 957 Laws of 1970. Town Clerk Lois E Jennings signs the notice dated May 24 1971.

Thelma Parlett of Ithaca New York has filed with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for a permit to repair an existing filled pier on Cayuga Lake off Booth Road Town of Covert Seneca County. A public inspection is available at the regional office. The notice invites parties in interest to respond by June 3 1971.

After June 30 5 percent interest applies and 0.5 percent added monthly thereafter. Dated May 25 1971. Rate 35 dollars.
The assessors of the Town of Ovid Seneca County have completed the current year’s assessment roll. A copy is available with Edward Hayward for inspection until the third Tuesday of June. On that day between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. daylight saving time they will meet at the Municipal Building Ovid to hear written complaints from aggrieved persons. Edward Hayward chairman Robert R.
