Fontainbleau Inn revival under Capolongo ownership
The Fontainebleau Inn on Cayuta Lake near Odessa is being restored by Mr and Mrs Joseph Capolongo who took over in September 1967. The couple, former owners of Travelers Hotel Ithaca, restored the 1815 estate with a 10 1/2 acre lakefront. plans include expanded lakefront development and a menu featuring New York Strip Steak.
