Interlaken opens under new management with Bob Simmons at the Frontier Restaurant on June 1 offering Italian style dining and fresh made pizzas. Simmons, ex Elba Ithaca cook, crafts dough and sauces from scratch and welcomes takeout orders by calling 532 4914. The couple renovates the venue with checkered decor while expanding kitchen space.
