Spring meeting of Regions IV and V of Volunteer Coordinators of the Department of Mental Hygiene was held at the Recreation Center Willard State Hospital on May 9. F. Al Mantica led discussions on advisory committees a volunteer services newsletter and federal accreditation standards. Raymond Boehm proposed a volunteer manual outline accepted for reference with edits.
