The engagement of Ginger Irene Townsend of Lodi to H. Lee Miller Jr. of Lando South Carolina is announced. Miss Townsend is a student at the University of South Carolina and graduate of Ovid Central School. Miller is a USC graduate with a marketing degree and Palmetto Military Academy alumnus. The wedding is planned for September 4 1965 at Lodi Methodist Church.
