Items donated over the past year were dedicated during the 11:00 service on May 29 at Interlaken Reformed Church. The collection included pictures hymnals chairs for the Chapel folding partitions for the Sunday School a New Testament set of The Interpreter's Bible choir robes and silver plates. Mulder preached The Church's Most Exciting Day with a Pentecost Sunday theme. The church calendar lists events through June including a June 27 women’s Bible study and guild, June 29 Sunday School and Morning Worship with nursery, RCYF picnic, June 11 Children's Day rehearsal, and June 12 Morning Worship plus a School picnic at the North Pavilion.

Interlaken Cub Scout Pack 21 Meets May 25 at School
Interlaken Interlaken-Cub Scout Pack 21 held its May 25 meeting at Interlaken Central School. Den 2 led the opening, awards were presented by Cubmaster Myron McCoy and Pack Chairman Milton Swords, and Space Derby was postponed for the June 18 picnic at the Interlaken Sportsmen's Club. Rockets winners were Den 1 Tari Springer Den 2 Stephen Walden Den 3 Larry Hymes Den 4 Larry Fitzpatrick Den 5 Greg Holman Den 6 Larry Rozelle. The group helped place veterans flags, joined Memorial Day parade observers, and plans for the June picnic were announced.

The State Board of Equalization and Assessment reports final state equalization rates set for 54 villages and 284 towns. In Seneca County Fayette changes 29 to 28, Lodi 36 to 36, Romulus 30 to 31. In Tompkins County Enfield 48 to 46 and Ulysses 45 to 45.
