Janet Stickane Honored for Communications Excellence at Depot
Janet Stickane, a general communications equipment operator with 23 years of Federal service, trained staff in data card transmissions after arriving in 1964. She earned a sustained superior performance award, a Certificate of Recognition, and other honors, including an adopted-suggestion award, as part of the division’s Defense Communications Agency recognition for a sub one percent error rate in late 1971. Janet and her husband Edward live year-round on Cayuga Lake and participate in community activities.

Army to issue commission certificates to all officers

COL Robert L. Frantz led 18 officers and three enlisted men of the 443d Field Depot on a July 14 tour of Leetsdale Pennsylvania depot operations. CPT Michael Herr briefed on logistics.
