Interlaken Grange plans a county wide picnic at Seneca Lake State Park in Geneva on August 6 1966 with pavilions served lunch and milk ice cream provided. The same day a second event invites members to the DeRock farm on Kelleys Corners Road for a Saturday evening gathering with dishes to pass and cold drinks.

The July Tri County Jaycees meeting at Gerry Messmer’s home in Interlaken discussed year ahead items. Earlier in June at Gregory’s in Trumansburg about twenty members heard Ithaca Jaycees speaker Tom McCarthy on building an ice skating rink. A chicken barbecue for Jaycees and wives was set for July 23 at 6 PM at the Northrups’ home. Mark Haag replaced Rich Oswald as VP. Keith Northrup named State Director.
