The Southern Tier Senior Citizens announce a community festival at Stewart Park July 12–15 with a square dance July 13 and a chicken barbecue July 14. Senior Citizen Day at the County Fair at Etna is August 3 with free admission for cardholders. The club meets July 11 and July 25 at the Presbyterian Chapel at 10:00 a.m., and June 27 featured guest speaker Donald Cahill.

One in the Spirit concert at First Baptist July 8
TRUMANSBURG A Christian group from Houghton College Buffalo Campus known as One in the Spirit will perform at First Baptist Church on Sunday July 8 at 7 30 pm. The interdenominational group of four boys and two girls uses guitar drums and piano to share how Jesus changed their lives and invites the audience to join in. A free will offering will be collected.

Trumansburg Fair Opens July 10 With Daily Thrills
The 123rd Trumansburg Fair runs July 10 to July 14 with daily events. Highlights include a Tuesday Horse Show and demolition derby, Youth Day on Wednesday with contests and prizes, and the All American Thrill Show each afternoon. Horse races, pony pulls, and the Jose Chitwood Thrill Show cap the weekend along with the Firemen's Parade and Reithoffer Midway attractions.
