Jaycees Plan Second Valentine Spaghetti Feast
Tri County Jaycees and Jayncees host their second annual Valentine Spaghetti Feast on Saturday Feb 10 at the Trumansburg American Legion Home Elm Street. Menu includes spaghetti tossed salad rolls and butter coffee. Dinner served at 9:00 p.m. dancing until 1:00 a.m. Members urged to bring prospective members and call for reservations.

Trumansburg Man Elected to Head Camp Fire Girls
Thomas R. Cheney of Halsey Street was elected president of the Ithaca Council of Camp Fire Girls at the annual meeting held January 23 at Dryden Elementary. New officers include Vice President Mrs William Frederick Secretary Mrs Richard Lance Treasurer Mrs Edgar Bredbenner and several board members. The Dryden unit participated, and funding from a candy sale raised about 3500 for campsite development funded also by the United Fund.

In Vil lage Court Judge Haight handled three cases Monday night. Bert Truax pleaded not guilty to five charges including reck less driving uninsured vehicle unregistered vehicle speeding and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. Bruce Baird was fined 10 for following too closely. Michael Woodring pleaded not guilty to two charges of unlawfully dealing in fireworks.
