Easter Weekend Happenings Across Ovid Area
Ovid area residents share visits Easter weekend with relatives in Romulus and Seneca Falls. A Romulus fire destroys all possessions of the William Foster family, three children, while a clothing drive runs through the Lakes C.B. Radio Club to aid the family, with donations dropped at Slikes Gulf Station. Various church events, meetings, and youth activities fill Romulus Ovid and nearby towns, including services at St Stephen Romulus and Christ Church Willard, a vesper service in Ovid, youth trips to Rochester, and a county wide House of Concern volunteer call.
