Ithaca Bird Walks and Nesting Tips Open to Public
The Stewart Park bird walks in Ithaca start the last Saturday in April and run Saturdays through May led by Dr. Paul Kellogg and Cornell ornithology staff. Participants meet at 6 a.m. before a two hour walk, tally birds, and finish at the duck pond. Also notes on birdhouses and a new nesting schedule to reduce sparrow occupancy.

The program teaches care feeding health and behavior in the first year.
