Local Civil War Organization Seeks New Members in Ovid
The Ovid Sons of Veterans Reserve Unit E. Co 148th Inf REG seeks applicants over 16 for its uniformed color guard and drill team. Attend the April 11 and 18 meetings at 7 30 p m at the Sons of Union Veterans rooms by the Court House. Prospects should join April 11 to start drill for summer parades. The unit notes past 1966 parades county fairs and flag services with several prize wins.
