Commissioners Accept Land For Road Widening In Gillespie County
Gillespie County Commissioners Court met in March session accepting a one half acre tract donated by Ad Crenwelge to widen the Liano Bratherich road. Regular District Court Session Ends With Many Divorces
The Gillespie County District Court term that began February 20 concluded last Saturday with few violent trials. Two jury trials occurred, one on an insurance policy and one over real estate rights. The term saw a large number of divorces, six being granted, among eight indictments by the grand jury. A memorial tribute to late attorney H H Sagebiel was read. Other docket items included divorces, notes suits, and civil actions with various continuances.
