Louis Jung Rites Held For Bear Mountain Farmer
Last rites were conducted Tuesday at Beckmann Funeral Home for Louis Jung 79 a prominent farmer from Bear Mountain Community. He died June 20 at his daughter’s home and is survived by eight children, siblings and 13 grandchildren. Interment followed in City Cemetery. Jung born September 27 1868 in Gillespie County married Alma Ark June 26 1897.

Waldemar K. Klier, 72, died June 17 at 3:15 a.m. in Fredericksburg after a life as a stock farmer in Stonewall. Final rites were held June 18 at 3 p.m. at Beckmann Funeral Home with Rev. F. A. Bracher presiding and Zion's Lutheran mixed choir singing. Survived by Augusta Grobe Klier, three children, six grandchildren, three brothers, four sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. born December 30, 1875 in Gillespie County.
