Kemp two youths from Lubbock were injured when the truck they rode in en route to San Antonio struck a concrete culvert 15 miles west of Fredericksburg on Mason road and overturned. Graves suffered several cracked ribs and possible internal injuries while Kemp had cuts on his right foot and a bruised chest. a Harlingen traveler first alerted responders and they were taken to a local hospital.
