Adventist church to open new building in Frederick county
The Seventh day Adventist Church on Jefferson Pike in Frederick plans partial use of a $6 million complex later this month. Officials say the Sondergarten through eighth grade school and gym will start, with the chapel section finishing in March. The all fiberglass exterior and sparklers highlight the modern, traditional structure as city inspectors prepare for occupancy. The church seeks settlement on Adventist Drive property January 17 after buying the 12 acre site for 4.45 million following a four year-old fire.
