Open house and village meetings in Frankfort area
The Frankfort Area Historical Society invites the public to an open house from 2 to 4 30 p m at Heritage Hall on Hickory and Kansas streets in Frankfort with refreshments. Public meetings include Mokena village board at 730 p m at 11006 Carpenter Street and Frankfort village board at 8 p m at 123 Kansas Street. A senior trip via mini bus to Lincoln Mall and a grocery stop is offered to Frankfort Mokena and New Lenox seniors by Will County Senior Services Center, with pickups at 915 a m and return at 230 p m. a $3 round trip donation is requested.
