Prestwick Country Club Pacts Ready for McIntosh Deal
Contracts for Prestwick country club and golf course were completed and due to be submitted to Arthur T. McIntosh Inc. for consideration this week. Prestwick Golf Association President Joe McElmeel said documents are finalized and will be reviewed by attorneys before presentation. Residents expect notice soon on equity memberships with a 20 year mortgage funding, while the club’s 150 acre course, appraised over four million, was purchased for about two million.
