Albert Schwartz Dies After Illness At Danville

Albert Schwartz, an engineer on the Wabash railroad and former Fort Wayne resident, died Saturday afternoon in Wabash hospital Danville after dropsy complications. Husband shoots wife and mother in law then commits suicide

In Unilanapolis, Cuno Cope a bricklayer shot his wife in the head and then killed his mother in law, Mrs Louise C George, before turning the pistol on himself. The couple had separated. Cope, intoxicated, fired a third shot and died.

Mrs Delilah Dunten Dies at 48 in Huntertown

Mrs. Delilah Dunten wife of B J Dunten died at 9 30 pm Monday at her Huntertown home aged 48 from Bright's disease after a two year illness. She was born December 23 186? and married October 17 1893. Wayne Mercantile association re-elects officers at annual meeting

Old officers were re-elected at the Wayne Mercantile association annual meeting on Saturday afternoon. Joanie Hudgel remains president with George Pix Jey as vice president and R T Ran som as secretary and treasurer. Directors include William Lawson W M Leedy and Louis Curdes. hold-overs are James Craig George Russell and A B Shoart. Curdes elected chairman as the board reorganizes. The association reports 400 new members last year bringing total to 1400, with over 8000 in the treasury and about half in Fort Wayne.

Injured man in bridge accident near Fountain City ind

S Hanson of 939 Tilberty Street was injured when struck by bridge uprights above a stream near Fountain City Indiana at noon Thursday. Wound extended from a tack to the left rear skull about five inches, with a slight skull fracture. He was unconscious until Fireman Robert N Dealer alerted crew and he was moved to Mountain City then to town hospital for treatment. Doctor J B McClear expects recovery.
