Herman G. Wedler, 54, of 1436 Taylor Street, was buried up to his neck by a caving trench in the sewer project at Indiana and Kinnaird avenues at 8 am Monday. His companions nearby freed him after ten minutes. he was semi conscious, treated by Dr. E H Underwood, and taken home by Myers ambulance. Internal injury to the chest and right lung suspected.
