Architect Weatherhogg outlines a three story, 220 by 120 foot structure with nine foot basements, a full length balcony, three main entrances, a large auditorium, workshops for manual training, laboratories, dining rooms, bicycle rooms, and thirty seven rooms. The building features steel stairways with marble treads, marble vestibules, tile rotunda floors, force blast ventilation, and automatic air charging every ten minutes. Upon completion it will be among the state’s finest, best equipped facilities.
