In Omaha a novel injunction suit asks Judge Powell to restrain Marie Wilson her mother and sister from entering Ray mond's jewelry store during an auction. Plaintiff alleges the women have harassed the employer and spread false stories since arriving from Los Angeles. Indiana building and loan laws panel to hear statewide input

A state commission appointed by Governor Matthews will sit next Tuesday in Indianapolis to hear suggestions from building and loan associations across Indiana. The panel includes John H. Holliday J. E. McCulloch and Bellamy B. Sutton. The 142,093 stockholders have invested 22.36 million dollars and associations have loaned 26.54 million on mortgaged security as 502 associations operate in the state.

Sudden Death of Miss Josie Updegraf in Columbus

Miss Josie Updegraf of this city died suddenly in Columbus Ohio last evening. Her remains will be brought here at 4 o clock this afternoon over the Pittsburg and conveyed to Dr McCulloch s home where the funeral will be held.
