Women Grow Weary of a Case They Championed

In Crawfordsville on December 13 Mrs. Tom Michaels of Alamo sued Heath the local druggist for 10000 damages over liquor sales blamed for her husband’s death. The W C T U attended to support her but testimony showing she bought liquor with him halted their presence. Eleanor Kenney, 18, from Landesville has been missing since Sunday near Marion several discoveries and searches fail to locate her. Three coal mine fatalities reported in Rockville with several injured including Ed Opendorf and John Epler near Coxville and Rosedale respectively.
