Robert Ogden, Fort Wayne's oldest and best known plumber, died suddenly at his East Washington Street shop after examining a job with Mr William Miller. Born in Manchester England in 1825, he emigrated in 1855 and built Fort Wayne’s first plumbing business. Survived by his wife Agnes and family, he was active in Trinity Church, Freemasonry, and local orders. Funeral arrangements pending.
