Time lapse key to indictment in Giancana slaying
A 14 month probe into mob figure Sam Momo Giancana’s June 19 19 murder has yielded a likely suspect but no indictment due to a time lapse between the crime and the suspect’s known presence inside the Oak Park home. Police traced a car from the driveway and identified the driver as the prime suspect.
