Oak Park seeks volunteers for swine flu immunization drive
Oak Park Department of Public Health calls for both medical and nonmedical volunteers for a two phase swine flu vaccination program set for Oct 30 31 and Nov 13 14 at Oak Park River Forest High School. Phase one vaccinates those 60 plus and high risk adults 18 plus with doctor signed clearance. Phase two targets ages 18 59 pending vaccine availability. For signups call 383 6400 ext 246.
