CPR Classes Teach Life Saving Techniques
Firefighter Shayne Ryerson leads CPR training at Saint Bernadine's Elgin offering three three hour sessions monthly. Instructors include Ryerson Maggie Ryerson and Father Frank Burek with 12 pupils per class. Sessions cover airway opening rescues infant safety and mouth to mouth breathing followed by Heimlich maneuvers and chest compressions.
