Forest Park police and area florists nabbed Jack Horn and Mary Gartman, both Chicago residents, after they tried to cash a bad Express check at Quitsch Florist. The duo, tied to a $4,800 drugstore robbery, faces Chicago police pursuit for a third accomplice and numerous forgeries across the Chicago area.
