Mrs Petra Caledrone of 150 Lathrop avenue suffered a cerebral hemorrhage at Rohn Grabla while attending the funeral of her best friend Mrs Frank Polito on Saturday. Both women had recently given birth. Caledrone died the same day and was buried Monday at Mt Carmel. Also noted is the death of Mrs A Camnedus, October 28, 1918, aged ninety, and Hifa Kroep pel, fifteen, of pneumonia linked to scars.

Eleven Horses Burned In Early Sunday Barn Fire
A Sunday morning fire destroyed the barn of H. J. Mone at Harrison and Maple beside the Great Western tracks. Eleven horses and harnesses were lost. Watchman Win Proshi, sleeping in the upper story, woke at the noise and escaped in wet clothing after a burst of flames singed his eyebrows.
