Forest Park Bond Ordinance Details Motor Vehicle Parking System
The ordinance creates a Motor Vehicle Parking System Revenue Fund and separate accounts for operation and maintenance, bond and interest, and reserve. It mandates revenue deposits, defines charges sufficient to pay operating costs and bond obligations, allows limited transfers from the surplus, and requires proper meters and rates while preserving the right to offer up to 25 percent free off street parking. It covers registration, coupon transfer, and bond redemption provisions dated November 1, 1967.
