Ground was broken at the southeast corner of Tackson highway in ind for an oil station to be run by Mr. Sanborn and Mrs. Theodora Hansen under the firm name Bauborn & Hansen. Mrs. Hansen has run the parking and oil station opposite the Amusement park. lease expires there and who has taken the lease on this ground. The Sinclair Oil Co. took a five year lease on the property four years ago. Sunboro & Hansen have loaned the property from the Sinclair people for the balance of the lease, term of eleven years. Mr. Agabern, relative of the vice president of the Sinclair Oil Co., through that relationship helped secure the lease. Rumor says Bauborn and Mrs. Hansen are married.

Man Overcome by gas at Oak Park home dies in hospital
Henry Hasselbring aged 64 of 640 Thomas avenue was found overcome by gas from a stove near nine o clock Tuesday evening. He hovered between life and death for several days before slowly improving slightly. He had intently slept after adding coal to the stove and was discovered by his stepdaughter Mrs Sid Wilson on Wednesday morning. Dr A Loewy Oak Park attended and warned recovery depended on avoiding further complications as Mrs Hasselbring recuperated in hospital.
