John Benedeck 78 Dies in Oak Park Hospital
John Benedeck 78 of 243 Marengo Forest Park died November 14 at Oak Park hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday November 17 at St John Lutheran Church with Rev Stochr and Rev Paul in charge. Interment Concordia Cemetery. Survivors include his widow three sons John Fred Walter two daughters Anna Schildt Loretta Scheine and 11 grandchildren. Born July 25 1878 in Burgenland Austria he spent his youth there and married Anna Goger October 3 1907 in Forest Park. He was a bricklayer by trade. Funeral home Zimmerman and Sons arranged arrangements.
