Council Proceedings Forest Park Illinois November 14 1938

Minutes of the regular village council meeting held Monday evening November 14 1938. Absent Mayor Hussey, Acting Mayor Calcaguo presided. Minutes of November 7 approved without reading. Communications from Division of Highways noting final inspection of sections 10 and 45. Bills from various departments approved, including WPA and street dept expenditures and suppliers.

Forest Park council approves water and vehicle fund changes

The Forest Park Village Council approves ordinances and resolutions concerning water fund contributions and vehicle fund cost allocations. The action includes a 5 percent charge to the water fund on water sales beginning November 18, 1938, and a 5 percent deduction from vehicle fund collections starting November 15, 1938, with earlier 3 percent provisions superseded. The meeting also notes bills charged to the Department of Health and Safety and routine payments to utilities and publishers.
