Lee Miller of Proviso Township High School won the sixth annual state oratorical contest and will represent Illinois in Washington D C. He spoke on Americas Contribution to the Constitutional Government and earned 500 dollars plus a free trip to South America. Miller, coached by Manley Wydmmel, travels tonight to compete with eight regional winners and sails in July via Florida Panama Canal and South America, returning twelve weeks later.
